The observation deck is located on the 70th floor of the GE Building at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Closed to the public since 1986, the Top of the Rock underwent a $75 million renovation, and once again reopened on November 1, 2005. Manhattan can be seen bounded by the Hudson River on the right and the East River on the left. Other famous landmarks that can be viewed include the Empire State Building and Chrysler Building.
