Angel Stadium of Anaheim as seen during a baseball game between the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and the Colorado Rockies. The stadium, which began construction in 1964 and opened in 1966, has also been known as Anaheim Stadium and Edison International Field of Anaheim. The stadium has been home to the Angels Major League Baseball team since 1966 and also to the Los Angeles Rams football team from 1980 to 1994. In 2002, the Angels defeated the San Francisco Giants in seven games to win their first and only World Series title. In 2010, the stadium will host the 81st annual Major League Baseball All Star Game. Max capacity is around 45,000.

A view of the Honda Center during an Anaheim Ducks ice hockey game. The arena, located in Anaheim, California, opened on June 19, 1993, which was known then as the Arrowhead Pond. The Honda Center has been host to the 2003 and 2007 Stanley Cup Finals, major musical concerts, World Wrestling Entertainment matches, and professional basketball games including the Lakers and Clippers. Maximum capacity is 18,900 for concerts, 17,608 for basketball, and 17,174 for Anaheim Ducks games. Angel Stadium, home of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, can be found just down the street.

The 80th Major League Baseball All Star Game was held on July 14, 2009 at the new Busch Stadium in St Louis, Missouri in front of 46,760 fans. The American League beat the National League by a score of 4-3 in just 2 hours and 31 minutes, the shortest All Star Game in over 20 years. President Barack Obama threw out the ceremonial first pitch. Carl Crawford of the Tampa Bay Rays was the most valuable player. The National League has not beat the American League since 1996.

Chase Field, located in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, is home to the Arizona Diamondbacks major league baseball team. The field was opened on March 31, 1998, and until 2005 was known as Bank One Ballpark. The field features a capacity of 49,033, a retractable roof, a swimming pool suite, and the second largest high definition scoreboard in baseball. The Arizona Diamondbacks defeated the New York Yankees in the 2001 World Series.

Tempe Diablo Stadium, located in Tempe, Arizona, is the spring training home of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and the Arizona League Tempe Angels. Built in 1968, the stadium can hold up to 9,785 fans. The stadium underwent a $20 million renovation in 2005. This spring training game seen here was between the Angels and the Mariners on March 23, 2008, with the Angels winning 8-2.
