A beautiful sunrise can be seen off the coast of Cozumel, Mexico. The 300 square mile island is located in the Caribbean Sea just off the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula and about 25 miles south of Cancun. Cozumel is generally flat, with a maximum elevation of about 50 feet. The majority of income for the island comes from fishing, diving, and tourism as cruise ships can be seen docking almost daily. While food and supplies need to be shipped to the island, over 100 restaurants, two universities, and a saltwater treatment plant can be found directly on the island.

Land's end can be found at the southern tip of Baja California in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. At this point, the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Lovers Beach is located on the Sea of Cortez side while Divorce Beach can be found on the Pacific side. El Arco, a distinctive rock formation, can be found at the tip of Land's End.
