Piazza del Popolo, or piazza of the people, is a large square located in Rome, Italy. The piazza, constructed between 1811 and 1822, was designed in a neoclassical style and was often the first view of new travelers to Rome. In the middle of the piazza, a 118 foot Egyptian obelisk can be seen under renovation. The obelisk, which was brought to Rome in 10 B.C., is one of the oldest and tallest in Rome. The two churches, Santa Maria dei Miracoli and Santa Maria in Montesanto can be seen on the north side of the piazza.

The Boeing 747-400 Extended Range (ER) was launched on November 28, 2000 and delivered to Qantas on October 31, 2002. This massive jet had an increased range of 500 miles or 15,000 pounds of cargo over a normal Boeing 747, which was made possible by an extra 6,480 gallons of fuel. Only 6 of the aircraft were manufactured, all for Qantas, which uses these planes on long haul flights such as Los Angeles to Sydney, a distance of around 7,500 miles.
